Description: Through guided interactions, participants learn how tone, clarity, and intent affect an IS’s response. The idea of “digital tone” is explored — how human inputs carry emotional and ethical weight even in text. Key Experience: Interactive dialogues with simple AI bots. Awareness exercise: noticing emotional states before typing or speaking to a system.
